Bands Interested In Performing:Woodland's Taven Ear prides itself in great original music. Our capacity is 128 people. Any band that wishes to book should be prepared to bring at least 100 people. If 2 bands can bring 50 people, or three bands can bring 33 people, that also works.  Out of town bands that cannot draw should try to pair up with a good local band to get on a bill.

Happy Hour Performance Times: All happy hour shows will start at 6PM and end at 8PM. Bands can load in after 4PM. Shows cannot go past 830PM at the latest.  Bands will receive $50. Bands may also have a tip bucket.

Headlining Performance Times: All headlining shows will start at 10PM and end at 2AM. Please be prepared to fill this time. Bands can load in after 6PM, unless there is a happy hour show, in which case it is up to the headlining band to make sure the show starts on time. The shows may end earlier than 2AM, at the discretion of the headlining band, but should go until at least 1AM. Cover will be taken from 8:30PM until 1AM.

Headlining Payment: All headlining (shows at 9PM-2AM) bands will be paid 100% of the door, after sound has been deducted. All bands are responsible for paying sound. Our sound fee is 100 dollars.
